- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going here for 8 years with my kids and have had a fine experience until recently. My son had issues at school and I tried and tried to get Riverside to advise, especially since Dr. Cowan is a specialist. They did not review his records and did not get back to me for four weeks. I had to make last minute arrangements with another doctor to get what I needed to get my son into a special classroom. I just took him for his annual physical and Dr. Cowan barely spent 5 minutes with us and mainly did not respond to any of my concerns about my son. I left feeling reprimanded and unsupported.
